Returns Policy

At The Parts Pantry, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a clear and straightforward returns process. Please review the following terms and conditions:

1. Returns Period:

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Change of Mind or Buyer’s Remorse:

• If you change your mind or no longer wish to keep the item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
• The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure safe return delivery.
• Please note, returned items that are not in their original, undamaged condition or that show signs of use may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a full refund.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items:

• If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by emailing us at hello@thepartspantry.co.uk.
• You must provide clear photo proof of the damage or defect to assist in our assessment.
• Once verified, you may choose either a full refund or a replacement. Return shipping costs will be covered by The Parts Pantry if the product is damaged or faulty.

4. Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

5. Exchanges:

• We offer exchanges for damaged or faulty products, subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will provide a refund or suggest an alternative.

6. Return Instructions:

• To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@thepartspantry.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
• Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.

7. Non-returnable Items:

• Some items, including but not limited to personalized products, consumables, and gift cards, may not be eligible for return.
